普莱默电子（无锡）有限公司为西班牙独资公司，成立于2001年，是普莱默集团最主要的制造工厂。公司产品包括电感元器件、射频感应元器件、电磁兼容滤波器，被广泛应用于汽车、新能源和铁路等领域。2011年，成为继GE、普利司通、康明斯、博世、夏普、朗盛等之后的第12家省级外资研发机构。

1.Junior Project Engineer(初级项目工程师)

Key responsibilities:

Tasks corresponding to Projects management and Industrialization on products (Inductive Components) :

- Process definition and cost calculation

- Make prototypes on design stage.

- Participate on the industrialization plan

- Set up and validate all processes in manufacturing lines.

- Make documentation : manufacturing Work Instructions, Visual Aids, Process Flow Chart, Process FEMA, Control Plans, etc.

Others :

- Participate on problems solving management

- Any other task assigned by department manager.

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanics, Robotics, Automation and/or other related fields).

- Basics on industrial and manufacturing processes

- Knowledge on advanced quality tools : APQP, PPAP, PFC, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 8D, etc.

- Valuated experience on inductive components and automotive.

- Basic knowledge of Quality Management System ISO9001, ISO/TS.

- Team work ability. Proactive and self motivated. Ability to work under pressure.

- English language, medium-high level. Written, listening and spoken.

- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Explorer. Other software for electrical, electronic or mechanic design valuated.

2.Product Quality Engineer(产品质量工程师)

Key responsibilities:

- To deal with customer complaint and lead the team member to complete 8D report;

- Final audit: Responsible for non-conformity confirm and take final decision with team. Monitoring further improvement actions.;

- To implemented process audit as planned, complete the audit report and follow up the corrective& preventive actions for non-conformity;

- To attend and support customer process audit according to planning;

- Production problems: To work with Engineering and Production to solve the quality problem in mass production stage, in order to improve the trend;

- To work with Engineering for making and reviewing engineering documenation: PFD/PFMEA/CP/WIs/VA when mass production;

- To coordinate validation of machine, process and package;

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Electric or related fields;

- Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 QMS management system. ISO/TS16949 internal auditor is preferred;

- Familiar with 8D methodology for problem solving, failure analysis methods and 5 toolings(MSA, SPC,FMEA,PPAP,APQP);

- Proactive, Problem solved orientated. Team working orientated. Willing to travel;

- English language, good level of written and speaking;

- Office software. User level.

3.Automation Engineer(自动化工程师)

Key responsibilities:

- Can design and test the new machine based on production requirement

- Can solve the problem when equipment is shutdown with electrical and program issue

- Predictive supporting to production engineering to forecast potential problems by checking condition of the equipment

- Organize and improve equipment function and decrease the downtime and help to add pokayoka for production line

- Participate in teams for problem solving for root cause identification, and design and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes

- Support production engineers in the installation and start-up of new production lines for increasing production capacity, reaching established targets. Realization of new machines, tooling and gauges for production

- Support to production engineer for the design and implementation of improvements in production line to reach established targets (quality, productivity, capacity, etc.), also communicating improvement proposals from mechanics to engineers

Requirements:

- Suitable (Junior) College students in Electronic, Mechanic or Automation

- Able to understand complex drawing (electronic, electric and mechanic)

- Professional PLC programming and familiar with all kinds of PLC e.g. Siemens, Omron, AB, Delta

- Ability to take new technologies

- Knowledge about the impact to the customer of non conformities in the manufacturing

- Basic training regarding PREMO quality management system.

- Proactive person, communicative, able to manage people, team work orientated, problem solving oriented, innovative and creative.

- Plant local language, fluent. English or Spanish language, high level written and medium level speaking.

- Office User level.

薪资待遇

每月工资 3000-4000元

公司实行上五休二的工作制，工作时间为上午9点至下午5点半，无需倒班
