Doubtless, historical buildings are significant to reflect the last centuries, not only located in place, but also in the world. Many of them should be protected by the governments, however financial resources is rather limited recently. Thus, the main choice should be detected in order to develop life standards for the people. That is to say, although how important reflection of the old ages, in modern life the buildings should be suitable for healthy growth without traffic congestion or dangerously old flats. The people chose new ones, to be respectful of history. I strongly agree that the enormous economic expense should be asked as a survey of the individual, and also their's life quality can increase by this capital.

On the other hand, the world's financial situation is getting worst day by day. The reason for this enormous expense has occurred in useless areas. Some of them, are the recovery costs. For example, a ruin has been created conveniently like the old one in İstanbul, however, honestly, it would be better and all capital spent on it was remarkable. If this money would spend on schools or new transport areas, many people will fall comport. Admittedly, restorations are crucial for protecting our history, but financial circumstances do not permit it. Because preliminary is significant for humans.
